Dr Majid graduated in medicine (MBBS) from Sindh Medical College, University of Karachi in 1995 *He completed postgraduate studies and acquired “Membership of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan” in Psychiatry in 1998 (MCPS) *He received fellowship of Biological Psychiatry at Berlin, Germany in 2001 *He has acquired “Membership of Royal College of Psychiatrist” (International Associate) London, United Kingdom in 2014 (MRCPsych).

*He has awarded “International fellow of American Psychiatric Association” in 2016 (Fellow of APA) *He also acquired “Masters of Business Administration” (Executive) in 2002 (MBA) *He has received award of “Youngest Psychiatrist of Pakistan” in 1998 *He has represented Pakistan in numerous international psychiatric symposia/conferences all over the world in 181 destinations. *He has number of research papers published in national and international scientific journals on his credit.
